Into the wild – going back to nature - meeting your insides.
It does not matter if you are sitting or standing while creating your content for the web, most likely you are not moving much while writing, reading, researching. Sometimes you even forget the necessities of your body: while blogging about the injustice of natural reservations being destroid, your bladder screams in despair. Though your stomach is roaring of hunger you only want to finish the piece about the pizza place around the corner?! Why do we constantly ignore the needs of our bodies?
The internet doesn’t forget, is a saying of our times, well your body neither. Especially movement patterns stick to you, well inside of you, and are reproduced on a daily basis. How are these patterns programmed into your body? Which are the most precarious structures? How can you prevent a total meltdown?
The session will start with a brief overview of your bodies tissues to sensitize you for the upcomeing movements. The following excercises will help you to communicate with your body and raise your awareness for your needs. In addition to the talk and workout ideas I will give you some helpful excercises and awareness tips to integrate into your daily life and improve your posture apart from the usual "Go out and do sport!"
Comfortable clothing will be helpful since we will move ;) It will not be a sweat-and-tears-work-out. Please don't be shy, join us on a journey through yourself, relax and have fun to get to know your best companion (aka your body) in the world!
